Hangar-Lift

Some of our customers install the Hangar-lift themsefs, this is possible as the lift will be delivered with a clear picture manual.

However, we can not be held liable for mistakes made on installation.

  • Required for installation:
  • A forklift to raise the vertical beam,
  • Normal wrenches to fix the bolts.
  • Heavy drill to drill the ground ankers, and to drill in the hangar colum.
  • For the Castor wheel verson there is no drilling required.

The “Not In Motion” portion of most aircraft insurance policies makes no distinction between an aircraft resting on the floor of the hangar or resting on any type of hoist. Because your policy coverage can change and not all policies are written identically, we encourage you to verify your policy coverage for Hangar-lift applications with your insurance underwriter or agent.

The Hangar-lift will be deliverd with a CE certificate of aproval.

The Hangar-lift is a storage device and not an official maintenance lift, however many customers can finnaly clean the bottomside of their aircraft without laying on the ground. and work on their aircraft.
