Built for Heavy Loads, Designed for Efficiency

Whether you’re dealing with larger training aircraft or tactical aviation platforms, the HD Aircraft Lift delivers unmatched performance and reliability. Its frequency controlled motor ensures a smooth lifting motion, reducing stress on both the aircraft and the equipment.

This lift is fabricated with high grade steel, blasted and powder-coated for durability, and can optionally be galvanized for additional corrosion protection. The use of top tier global hoist components guarantees future part availability and easy servicing.

We offer direct sales from our factory in the Netherlands, without intermediaries, this means lower costs and direct communication. To order, simply send us an email. We’ll respond with a tailored offer, and upon receiving your confirmation, we provide a delivery date, typically within 6-8 weeks.

Installation of the HD lift requires some technical expertise and proper lifting equipment. Approximately half of our clients install the system themselves or with local technicians. We also provide full installation support and an illustrated manual to guide you through every step.

FAQ

Some of our customers choose to install the Hangar lift themselves. This is possible, as the lift is delivered with a clear pictorial manual.

However, we cannot be held liable for any mistakes made during installation.

Required for installation:

  • A forklift to raise the vertical beam

  • Standard wrenches to tighten the bolts

  • A heavy-duty drill to install the ground anchors and drill into the hangar column

Note:
For the Castor Wheel version, no drilling is required.

Most aircraft insurance policies include a “Not In Motion” coverage clause that typically makes no distinction between an aircraft resting on the hangar floor or supported by a hoist such as the Hangar lift. However, since coverage terms can vary and not all policies are written the same, we strongly recommend confirming with your insurance underwriter or agent whether your policy specifically covers the use of the Hangar lift.

The Hangar lift is a storage device and not an official maintenance lift; however, many customers can finally clean the underside of their aircraft without lying on the ground and perform work on their aircraft more comfortably.

The Hangar lift will be delivered with a CE Certificate of approval.
